Думаю, стоит начать с истории. У данной игры далекое прошлое. Своё существования она начинает в 1987 году на Atari. Игра представляла собой новый для того времени жанр first person shooter, можно сказать это был один из первых 3D шутеров. Главным героем игры был шар (мяч), чем-то похожий на Пак-Мана (Pac-Man). В игре нужно было ходить по коридорам и уничтожать противников.

Пока доступна лишь Демо Бета версия игры (Прототип). В ней сделано вполне достаточно для оценки игры. Но всё же её нельзя назвать близкой к завершению. В фильме "Рестлер" (The Wrestler), в котором сыграл знаменитый киноактёр Микки Рурк (Mickey Rourke) есть достаточно любопытная сцена. В этой сцене главный герой, рестлер по кличке "Баран" (The Ram) замечает свою старую приставку Nintendo, он завёт малого парнишку с улицы, чтобы с ним сыгрануть в 8-битную игрушку. Они запускают игру под названием "Wrestle Jam" и играют бой Randy "The RAM" VS. The Ayatollah, где за Ram'а играет сам Ram, а за Ayatollah - его знакомый парнишка. Парнишка рассказывает Барану про то, что сейчас вышла некая игра "Коал-оф-дьюти", в которой графика в миллион раз круче и вообще там в Ираке воевать нужно. Так вот, та самая "Кал оф Дюти" нас вообще не интересует. А игра "Wrestle Jam", в которую они играют на NES, как оказывается, не существует. Эту игру сделали специально для фильма, это фейк, который призван показать привязанность героя к истинным ценностям, таким как NES, показать старомодность героя.
Я знал, что такой игры на NES не существовало, однако немного попытался поискать информацию об этой игре:

Игра про персонажа комиксов DC Comics Universe. Герой игры болотное чудище / болотная тварь (леший). Человеческая деятельность начала засорять место обитания болотного чудища, и он решил покончить с этим раз и навсегда. В игре вам предстоит помочь герою очистить свой лес от неприятелей. Главный персонаж представляет собой массу зелёного непонятного вещества, он может вселяться в различные предметы, чтобы проходить какие-то препятствия.

Главное различие между ними в графике. Игра повествует нам об одном отважном рыцаре Dirk (Dirk the Daring). Он должен спасти принцессу Daphne (Princess Daphne), которая заточена в замке мага Mordroc и охраняется драконом Singe.

Фактически нас ждало создание новых культовых персонажей. В игре на выбор представляется четыре динозавра. Поскольку игра всего на всего прототип (Prototype) то она ещё далека от завершения, но на концепцию самого игрового процесса уже можно взглянуть. К сожалению игра так и не вышла.

Game should be similar to game about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT), that is about Teenage Mutant Ninga Dinosaurs which play hockey on streets of New York. Actually we were waited by creation of new cult heroes. In game on a choice four dinosaurs are represented. As game of all on all a prototype (Prototype) that it is still far from end, but it is already possible to look at the concept of the most gameplay. Unfortunately game didn't release.

Это прототип (Prototype) игры, в принципе его ещё можно назвать Beta версией. Игра повествует нам историю одного смелого мальчишки, который должен очистить школу и ещё прилегающие территории от зомби, в которых превратились его друзья и учителя школы. Нужно собирать различные предметы и проходить через несложные препятствия. К сожалению, игра так и не вышла официально.

Поскольку игры была значительно недоделанной и прототип был довольно сырым, судить о качестве игры достаточно сложно. Из прелестей можно отметить то, что кнут был достаточно интересно реализован и выполнен векторами.

Игр на подобие тетриса большое множество, Wild Snake от Bullet-Prof software одна из них. Но в отличии от остальных она уж очень сильно от него отличается. И от тетриса тут лишь малая часть. Вам предстоит управлять змеями, которые выползают из-за экрана. Вы должны набрать как можно большее количество очков. При соприкосновение змеек одинакового цвета, та змея, которая оказалась первой – исчезает, за что и даются очки.

One of the biggest surprises at the Winter Consumer Electronics Show was Nintendo's announcement of some of the specifications for their upcoming Super Nintendo CD-ROM drive. Their press release stated that their unit would be in the stores as early as January 1993, and that it would sell for only about $200! This search, piloted by Mr. Michio Ohashi, Editor of The Super Famicom magazine in Japan, has turned up new information compiled from industry sources and analysts.

In order to allow game developers sufficient time to have new CD-ROM software available for the early 1994 launch of the Super NES CD-ROM peripheral, Nintendo of Japan wrapped up the development work on their Super NES ND (Nintendo Disc) Drive last December. EGM has been able to get the final specs and system configuration from Japan and this peripheral really looks hot!


The Super NES ND Drive (the official U.S. name hasn't been decided yet), when it comes out, will consist of three parts: the ND Drive, the ND System Cartridge and the CD-ROM AC Adapter. The ND Drive will be 9 1/2" deep, 7 7/8" wide and 2.9" thick (the same size as the Super NES) and it will weigh 2 lbs 7 02. The ND System Cart will contain the majority of the 'brains' and will plug into the cartridge slot of the Super NES. There will be a cord from the system cart to the ND Drive that will transfer data and/or power.

Some games come out in Japan but never get converted to English, while others get released in the arcades, but never get translated to consoles. And some, like Sonic Crackers, get cancelled before they even make it out of production...

Данная игра представляет собой Бета версию прототипа игры Sonic and Crackers. Игра официально так и не вышла. Так как не была закончена до конца. Вполне возможно, что игра изначально разрабатывалась как движок для следующих игры серии Соник. В игре присутствует всего 2 этапа и две спец зоны (Спецучастки) сделанные в псевдо 3D изометрии как Sonic 3D Blast вышедший позднее, войти в них можно при помоши Pause (Паузы). В игре Ёж Соник и его друг лисёнок Таилс соединены между собой энергетической верёвкой, крепящимся к кольцам.
