Действия игры разворачиваются в 18 веке во времена феодальной Японии, так же как и в игре Shogun Warriors.

Своего рода это переходная игра версии Road Rash для Panasonic 3DO и версии игры для Sega MegaDrive, но до уровня Road Rash 3: Tour de Force игра всё же не дотянула.
