Это автосимулятор, а точнее симулятор автогонок. В игре много режимов игры и для каждого из этих режимов имеются настройки. В начале игры вы можете выбрать один из трёх видов автомобилей: Indy, Stock, Sprint. Можно выбрать цвет автомобиля, коробку передач, номер автомобиля и т.п. Так же в режиме карьеры предстоит усовершенствовать автомобиль. В самой же гонке нужно следить за топливом, состоянием резин и время от времени заезжать на Пит-Стоп. Непосредственно в самой гонки можно менять вид на происходящие в игре. Например, вид от первого лица, либо "классический" когда ваше авто видно сзади. В название игры используется имя американского автогонщика Марио Андретти (Mario Andretti).

It is an autosimulator, to be exact a simulator of an auto racing. In game it is a lot of modes of game and for each of these modes there are options. In the beginning of game you can choose one of three kinds of cars: Indy, Stock, Sprint. It is possible to choose color of the car, a transmission, car number, etc. In a career mode it is necessary to improve the car. In the race it is necessary to watch fuel, a condition of rubbers and from time to time to call in on Pit-stop. Directly in races it is possible to change a kind on occurring in game. For example, a kind from the first person, or "classical" when your car is visible behind.
