Пиратская поделка, новая игра для Sega MegaDrive, выпущенная достаточно давно, без лицензии от Sega (Unlicensed). Попытка перенести игру The King of Fighters '99 на SMD. Они сделали интересный файтинг с использованием некоторых зон и персонажей из их более ранней игры The King of Fighters '98. Да в прочем, игра сделана на том же самом движке с небольшой модификацией. У вас есть возможность выбрать одного из двадцати двух персонажей игры. Среди которых есть персонажи игры Street Fighter и X-Men. Каждый персонаж обладает особыми приёмами. Так же есть спец приёмы и возможность дальнего боя.
Игра так же имеет название KOF ’99.
