Действия игры разворачиваются примерно в 19 веки в параллельной вселенной. Игра выполнена в стиле стимпанк (steampunk) он же паропанк. Всё начинается с военного переворота в крупнейшем городе мира Damd. Диктатор Генерал Стайрон (General Styron) захватывает власть в этом городе. Теперь империя Motorhead подчиняется ему. Он начинает захватывать весь мир. И ему это почти удалось. Лишь одна независимая республика Silverhead пока ещё может противостоять его мощи. А всё из-за того, что в Silverhead собрана вся военно-воздушная элита и у них есть сверх оружия Imamio Thunder известный так же как Lightning Bomb. Они представляют собой супер заряд грома и молнии. Это оружие является самым мощным оружием, чем любое оружие в армии Motorhead. Silverhead является последней надеждой на свободу мира и только у них есть воля к победе и мощное оружие.
Игра начинается с атаки империи Motorhead на главный город республики Silverhead – Rahl. Перед игроком стаёт задача защитить его. А потом начинать наступление на империю зла. Где только вам не предстоит побывать, даже на луне.
В начале игры вы можете выбрать одно из двух воздушных средств передвижения биплан Striker Plane или дирижабль Z-01 Zeppilin. Они отличаются скоростью и уровнем брони. По мере прохождения игры вам предстоит усовершенствовать свои летательные аппараты. Оружие будет усовершенствоваться при сборе различных бонусов. В игре есть возможность стрельбы, как по ходу движения, так и в обратном направлении.
В игре семь уровней и в конце каждого предстоит схватка с боссом. Так же на многих уровнях есть мини-боссы.

Actions of game are developed approximately in the 19th eyelids in the parallel Universe. Game is executed in style steampunk. Everything begins with a military coup in the largest city of the world of Damd. The dictator General Styron seizes power in this city. Now the empire of Motorhead submits to it. It starts to grasp the whole world. And it almost was possible to it. Only one independent republic of Silverhead for the present can resist to its power. And all because in Silverhead all military and air elite is collected and at them is over the Imamio Thunder weapon known just as Lightning Bomb. They represent a super charge of a thunder and a lightning. This weapon is the most powerful weapon, than any weapon in Motorhead army. Silverhead is the last hope of freedom of the world and only they have will to win and the powerful weapon.
Game begins with attack of the empire of Motorhead to the main town of the republic of Silverhead – Rahl. Before the player стаёт a task to protect it. And then to begin approach to an empire of evil.
At the beginning of game you can choose one or the other air vehicles a biplane of Striker Plane or dirigible balloon Z-01 Zeppilin. They differ in the speed and reservation level. In process of game passing you should improve the aircraft. The weapon will be improved when collecting various bonuses.
In game seven levels and at the end of everyone are necessary fight with the boss. As at many levels there are mini-bosses.
