Игра является продолжением легендарной игры Out of this World (Another World), действия игры продолжаются после событий первой части, хотя главный герой и не вернулся домой, он был серьёзно ранен. Теперь нам предстоит играть за его друга Бадди, он пришелец. У Бадди в данной игре два задания - вернуть Лестера каким-то образом домой и помочь жителям вашей деревни, которые до сих пор зомбированны.
Игра сохранила всё самое лучшее от первой части, похожее оформление, то же геймплей, а, самое главное, всё те же загадки. Конечно, появилось много нового и интересного. Так же бонусом на данном игровом диске идёт ещё и первая часть игры. Так что вы можете поиграть в обе части.
