Игра является продолжением второй частью игры Streets of Rage. Игра стала ещё краше, приобретя множество нововведений. В игру добавилась два новых персонажа рестлер Max Thunder и Skate (Эдди Хантер) брат Акселя, чем-то похожего на главного персонажа из игры DJ Boy. Это один из лучших представителей жанра Beat-'Em-Up, уличной драки для Sega MegaDrive. Каждый персонаж был переработан и теперь имеет свой индивидуальный характер и стиль боя.

Game is continuation, the second part of game Streets of Rage. Game became still good, having got set of innovations. In game it was added two new characters restler Max Thunder and Skate (Eddi Hunter) the brother of the Axel, something similar to the main character from game DJ Boy. It is one of the best representatives of genre Beat-'Em-Up, street fight for Sega MegaDrive. Each character has been processed and now has the individual character and style of fight.

Слэйд ворует два камня Света и Тьмы. Из-за этого дух вырывается на свободу.

On combination of circumstances, in Tower of the Ancients where Zeon the Devil King was sealed up, appeared the thief of Slade with the suite. Sleyd steals two stones of Light and Darkness. Because of it the spirit breaks loose.

Игра в жанре action-adventure с элементами RPG вышла в 1994 году. Игра повествует о приключениях принца Али который нашёл золотую перчатку, которая раньше принадлежала великому магу Регарлу. Дух волшебника повествует Али, что злой маг Агито носитель серебреной перчатки ожил и теперь готов принести зло в этот мир. Али должен остановить Агито и всю нечисть, какую он вызвал.

The spirit of the wizard narrates Ali that malicious magician Agito the carrier silver gloves has revived and now is ready to bring harm in this world.
