Это японская настольная игра маджонг (Mahjong), а точнее её симулятор. Этот манджонг имеет больше возможностей, чем почти любой Mahjong для Sega. В нём поддерживается режим четырёх игроков. Так же в него можно было играть через dial-up modem при помощи Mega Modem. Могло одновременно через Интернет играть до трёх человек, плюс один компьютер (CPU). Так же есть ещё бейсбол серии Tel-Tel под названием Tel Tel Stadium.
Игра так же известна под названием Tel-Tel Mahjong.
