Игра сделана на основе фильма вышедшего ещё в 60-х годах. Это вторая часть серии игр Rolling Thunder. В игре вы играете за двух секретных агентов: девушку - Лейла (Leila) и парень по имени Альбатрос (Albatross) внешне он напоминает одного из героев игры Vigilante 8 - 2nd Offense. Организация Geldra, какая считалась уничтоженной, даёт о себе знать, уничтожив несколько спутников в космосе. Разобраться с этой организацией опять предстоит управлению WCPO's Rolling Thunder. В игре есть режим для двух игроков, в нём может играть одновременно два героя. Им предстоит побывать в разных местах мира, в том числе и Египте. Как и в большинстве подобных игр есть различное оружие, бонусы, враги, предстоит сражение с боссами.
Игра известна также как Rolling Thunder II.

Game is made on the basis of the film left still in the sixties. It is the second part of a series of the games Rolling Thunder. In game you play for two confidential agents: the girl - Leila and the guy by name of the Albatross outwardly it reminds one of heroes of the game Vigilante 8 - 2nd Offense. The Geldra organization what was considered destroyed, has an effect, having destroyed some satellites in space. To deal with this organization again it is necessary to WCPO's Rolling Thunder management. In game there is a mode for two players, in it two heroes can play at the same time. They should visit different places of the world, including Egypt. As well as in the majority of similar games there is a various weapon, bonuses, enemies, battle with bosses is necessary.
