Пиратская не лицензированная (unlicensed) Sega игра про Покемонов, предположительно сделанная DVS Electronic Co.. Поскольку на игровую приставку Sega MegaDrive официально так и не решились делать игры про одних из самых популярных в то время аниме персонажей Pokemon. За официальных разработчиков это пришлось делать пиратам. В игре присутствует 5 уровней, с боссом в конце каждого из них. Почти большая часть графики в игре заимствована из других игр, таких как Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster's Hidden Treasure, Mr. Nutz, Quackshot и Monster World IV. Так же многие Интро и заставки взяты из аниме сериала про Покемонов. А так же музыкальное сопровождение заимствовано из других игр и взято в формате *.PCM. А что вы хотите, я думаю, что пираты получали намного меньше денег за разработку игры, чем официальные разработчики. Вы играете за Пикачу (Pikachu), он может уничтожить врагов, прыгнув им на голову, или используя свою чудо энергию. Что бы убрать всех врагов с экрана, но для этого она должна быть заполнена.
У игры имеется такое же неофициальное продолжение Pocket Monsters 2.
