Это приключенческая игра (adventure game) с элементами RPG и квеста (Quest). Вы в роли безымянного мага отправляетесь в подземелье на поиски своего наставника Mordamir, который сражается против дракона. Ближе к концу вы встречаете Dunric и перед вами встанет выбор кому помогать Mordamir или Dunric. Да и вообще игра не линейна. В зависимости от версии игры в игре может быть 7-8 уровней. Врагами в игре в основном будут Гоблины и Тролли. В конце игры предстоит сражение с драконом (The Dragon ). Уровни просто кишат различными ловушками, например ямами или шипами. Вы должны собирать различные предметы и решать загадки. Во время схватки с врагом игра переносится на специальный экран сражения. Где вы должны наносить врагу удары и уворачиваться от ударов. Очень интересная и красивая игра. Забыл сказать, что в игре много крови. Рекомендую не только любителям жанра, но и всем любителям хороших игр для SMD.
